These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The 21 Vibrational Prayers and, if you add it to your order, The 7 Prosperity Prayers (together, the “Product”). By purchasing or accessing the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Product.

1. The Product

The 21 Vibrational Prayers is a digital devotional resource: seven days of Christian prayers in audio, accompanied by soft music, with the bonuses described on the presentation page. The 7 Prosperity Prayers is an optional add-on offered after purchase. Both are delivered online and intended for personal spiritual reflection and prayer.

2. Nature of the Product & Disclaimer

The Product is a devotional and educational resource. It is not a substitute for pastoral, medical, psychological, financial, or other professional guidance, and it makes no guarantee of any specific outcome. Any experience of prayer, faith, or reflection is personal and may vary from person to person. Individual results are not guaranteed and no individual result should be considered typical. The story told in the presentation video is inspired by real events; some characters and events were adapted for the narrative, and some scenes are dramatized.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase the Product.

4. Purchase & Payment

The 21 Vibrational Prayers is offered as a one-time purchase of USD $29. The 7 Prosperity Prayers is an optional one-time purchase of USD $39, or USD $19 when offered at a discount. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Digistore24, which acts as the authorized reseller for this Product, and is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

5. Access & Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally. After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive your access by email, typically within minutes. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to keep your access private.

6. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• copy, record, download (except where expressly provided), redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly share the Product or its contents;
• share your access with others; or
• use the Product in any unlawful manner.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Product — including audio, text, images, and design — is protected by copyright and remains our property or that of our licensors. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described above.

8. The Jericho Guarantee (30 days)

If, in the first 24 hours after your purchase, you feel the Product is not for you, just send us an email and you will get your money back. In addition, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, by contacting support@21vibrationalprayers.com. No specific reason is required. Refunds are issued through the original payment method via Digistore24.

9. Third-Party Services

The Product relies on third-party services (including our payment provider, video hosting, email delivery, and hosting infrastructure). We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or practices of those third parties.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

11. Advertising & Platform Notice

This site is not a part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not endorsed by Meta in any way. FACEBOOK is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Product after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
